Rick graduated Summa Cum Laude from Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1995 with a degree in Respiratory Therapy. He has been a Registered Respiratory Therapist for 15 years and has worked in a manager position and a staff member at some of New Jersey's most well-known hospitals. After receiving tattoos in a professional atmosphere for twenty years now, Rick decided to combine his knowledge in health care and passion for the body arts and opened Body INKorporated in 2007. Body INKorporated was constructed with careful planning and keeping health and safety at the top of the priorities list. True quality and excellence in the body arts industry should always begin with cleanliness and safety protocol. Holding ourselves to a high standard of sanitation and safety, the tattoo artists and piercers are able to focus on the technical aspects of the arts, thus providing nothing but the best tattoos and body piercings. We are dedicated to providing our clients and staff alike, with the cleanest, safest and most comfortable tattoo and piercing environment. Rick has been wanting to tattoo for as long as he could remember and his opportunity finally came around in 2008, when he began an apprenticeship under Mr. Chino. Rick is now a licensed tattoo artist in Rockland County. While he does enjoy all styles of tattooing, Rick's focus has been creating custom tribal artwork. He has been studying tattoo history and anthropology with the intent to expand his tattooing horizon.

Our goal is to provide our clients with a clean and sterile environment that is both comfortable and safe. We are dedicated to providing our clients with the tools they need to make their ideas and visions become a reality.

About Us

Body INKorporated is located at 291 Route 59 East in West Nyack, NY directly across the street from the Palisades Mall in Rockland County. Our studio is 1800 square feet with cherry wood flooring, black leather furniture and a waiting area with a big screen television for our clients comfort. We have a computer reference center which has internet access and a tattoo design database including over 60,000 tattoo images ready to print. Our goal is to provide our customers with quality work in a clean and comfortable atmosphere. All of our piercers and tattoo artists have obtained permits from the Rockland County Board of Health and have certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens. We are currently staffed with four tattoo artists as well as rotating guest artists from around the country who can provide a wide variety of styles as well as custom artwork. We are also staffed with two professional piercers and carry a wide variety of body jewelry to accommodate our customers. All tattooing and piercing is done in private rooms for our clients comfort.
